After a week in Chicago there is so much to implement to make the company operate more efficiently. Here are some of my action points:

1. Caregiver Retention 
   
2. Caregiver Ladder
3. Care Leader Position
4. Intake Calls
5. Advertising Articles and Commercials
6. SHC Software

The trick now is make sure the different ideas and programs can be put in place. The next several weeks and months will focus on the above points.
